HiDrive storage space is occupied

You are unable to upload any additional files if the storage space available on your HiDrive is occupied. Moreover, you will not be able to rename, copy or move any existing files.


An error icon (red circle with white X) indicates any files that were not uploaded due to insufficient space.


You will be notified that the storage space is occupied in the tray menu. In this case, go to the web interface (top left) to check the storage space and then delete files to free up space. Alternatively, you can add HiDrive storage space in the STRATO Login area.
