How do I set up email forwarding (forwarder)?

When using several email addresses, it is possible to forward one or several email addresses to a different email address. The advantages here are that only one email mailbox has to be retrieved and all incoming emails are collected in one mailbox. Only one email mailbox has to be set up on your end device.

Set up forwarding for a new email address

 
When setting up a new email address, you can also directly create a forward for the new email address.

Log in to your password-protected customer login and select the menu options Email .Beachte auchEmail Administration.Now you will see an overview of your email addresses.

Click on the Create button. After you have entered your desired email address, please click on the menu optionSet up forwards (filter). .You now have the option of entering a forwarding address. Once you have done that, click on Create mailbox..
 
 

Set up forwarding for an existing email address

 
In order to set up forwarding for an existing email address, proceed as follows:

Log in to your password-protected customer login and select the menu options Email and Email Administration. Now you are in the overview of the email addresses you have created.
 
 
Select the desired email address and select the option Edit filter. Click on the Create new filter rule button.



Optionally, assign a name for the filter rule and determine which criteria must apply in order to execute the desired action (for example, a redirect).
 
 
If your emails should be deleted after forwarding, please click on the + -Symbol and select Discard as the action to be executed.
